Lock Fitting and Installation

Our registered lock design is designed to provide total security in just 15 minutes. For individual containers or an entire container fleet econimical locks and fitting is a priority.

Lock Fitting: Bolt-On

Securely bolted

Our revolutionary registered design allows Slimlock to be securely bolted onto any metal door in minutes and the bolts are totally concealed.

Speed and economy

For speed and economy Slimlock locks easily bolt onto any metal door and cover their bolt heads. Flush with a trailer's door handles, this anti-lever design is held securely in place.

• Use the template to position where holes are rquired
• Drill holes 10mm in diameter
• Use the steel bolts and locking nuts to secure the lock

Lock Fitting: Weld fit

Weld fitted

Weld fitting permanently secures the lock to metal doors.

Additional security

Weld fitting gives the additional security of permanent fixture and so ensures the lock and identification number stays with the container so providing secondary identification for tracking.

• Drill holes as rquired
• Bolt on lock using steel bolts
• Weld the strike to doors or door frames
• Weld the lock to fit the strike

Bolting on Slimlock before welding is useful to ensure and test accurate alignment. Slimlock is within IICL tolerance.
